BRABU, Online Application Form Guidelines

All the applicants seeking admission for various Programmes/Courses, in different colleges of the BRA Bihar University (BRABU), are required to register online at the following admission portal:

आवेदक यहां बीआरए बिहार विश्वविद्यालय आवेदन पत्र के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण निर्देशों के माध्यम से जा सकते हैं।

• Candidates must have a valid mobile number and email id. Please note this email and mobile number will be used for all of your future references.

उम्मीदवारों के पास एक वैध मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी होना चाहिए। कृपया ध्यान दें कि यह ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर आपके भविष्य के सभी संदर्भों के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा।

• After payment of application fee, form cannot be edited. Hence, make sure to verify all the details in the application form before making payment.

आवेदन शुल्क के भुगतान के बाद, फॉर्म को संपादित नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसलिए, भुगतान करने से पहले आवेदन पत्र में सभी विवरणों को सत्यापित करना सुनिश्चित करें।

• Keep scanned copy of photo, signature and other documents ready before applying.

आवेदन करने से पहले फोटो, हस्ताक्षर और अन्य दस्तावेजों की स्कैन कॉपी अपने पास रख लें।

• After submission of application form, take a print out of the same. Printed copy of form along with self-attested copies of academic records (marksheets, passing certificates, Transfer Certificate etc) and other documents (caste certificate, quota certificate, PwD certificate etc) must be kept safe to present to the University when asked.

आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के बाद उसी का प्रिंट आउट ले लें। शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड (मार्कशीट, पासिंग सर्टिफिकेट, ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट आदि) की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों और अन्य दस्तावेजों (जाति प्रमाण पत्र, कोटा प्रमाण पत्र, पीडब्ल्यूडी प्रमाण पत्र आदि) के साथ फॉर्म की मुद्रित प्रति विश्वविद्यालय के प्रस्तुत के लिए सुरक्षित रखी जानी चाहिए।

For Registration: Some steps which have to be followed at the time of registration are given below:

पंजीकरण के लिए: पंजीकरण के समय कुछ चरणों का पालन किया जाना चाहिए:

• Step 1: Candidate will have to visit the official website of University which is

• Step 2: Then, candidate is required to click on link UG Admissions 2022 (UMIS) which will be redirected them to UMIS site which is

• Step 3: Then, candidate is required to click on the link “Apply Online”. A new window will open and the candidate has to select the course and click on the link “Click Here”.

चरण 3: फिर, उम्मीदवार को “Apply Online” लिंक पर क्लिक करना होगा। एक नई विंडो खुल जाएगी और उम्मीदवार को पाठ्यक्रम का चयन करना होगा और लिंक "Click Here" पर क्लिक करना होगा।

• Step 4: After clicking on the above-mentioned link, a new window will open. Candidate will have to click on “Registered User” or “New User”.

चरण 4: उपर्युक्त लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद, एक नई विंडो खुल जाएगी। उम्मीदवार को “Registered User " या " New User " पर क्लिक करना होगा।

• Step 5: If the candidate is a registered user, then can enter with appropriate Login ID and Password.

चरण 5: यदि उम्मीदवार एक पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता है, तो उपयुक्त लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड दर्ज कर सकते हैं।

• Step 6: If the candidate is registering for the first time, he/she will be required to enter their Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, E-mail ID, Gender, and NAD ID.

चरण 6: यदि उम्मीदवार पहली बार पंजीकरण कर रहा है, तो उसे अपना नाम, जन्म तिथि, मोबाइल नंबर, ई-मेल आईडी, लिंग और एनएडी आईडी दर्ज करना होगा।

•Step 7: After entering all these details, candidate will get OTP on registered email address and contact number and after entering both the OTP’s then only the candidate will be able to proceed with the application form.

चरण 7: इन सभी विवरणों को दर्ज करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को पंजीकृत ईमेल पते और संपर्क नंबर पर ओटीपी प्राप्त होगा और दोनों ओटीपी दर्ज करने के बाद ही उम्मीदवार आवेदन पत्र के साथ आगे बढ़ सकेगा।

•Step 8: After entering both the OTP’s, candidate will get a link on the registered e-mail with the Application Number and Password and the same will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number.

चरण 8: दोनों ओटीपी दर्ज करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को पंजीकृत ई-मेल पर आवेदन संख्या और पासवर्ड के साथ एक लिंक मिलेगा और वही उम्मीदवार के पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा।

Procedure of Online Application Form:

ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की प्रक्रिया:

1. After getting registered successfully, candidate will be required to use that Username and Password which were sent to them and after logging in candidate will be able to fill the Application Form.

सफलतापूर्वक पंजीकृत होने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को उस उपयोगकर्ता नाम और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करने की आवश्यकता होगी जो उन्हें भेजे गए थे और उम्मीदवार में लॉग इन करने के बाद आवेदन पत्र भर पाएंगे।

2. Candidates will then have to enter their parent’s name, religion, nationality, date of birth, address, ID Card etc.

इसके बाद उम्मीदवारों को अपने माता-पिता का नाम, धर्म, राष्ट्रीयता, जन्म तिथि, पता, आईडी कार्ड आदि दर्ज करना होगा।

Eligibility criteria for UG Courses (BA, BSc, BCom):

. Eligibility criteria for any honours course is 45%.

किसी भी ऑनर्स कोर्स के लिए पात्रता मानदंड 45% है।

. Candidates are also required to share their previous education details and select the course and college preference they would like to apply. Candidates are also requested to update the appropriate Primary (Honours) Subject for Honours courses as the cut off will be generated on the basis of Primary Subject.

उम्मीदवारों को अपने पिछले शिक्षा के विवरण को साझा करने और पाठ्यक्रम और कॉलेज की वरीयता का चयन करने की आवश्यकता होती है जो वे लागू करना चाहते हैं। उम्मीदवारों से यह भी अनुरोध किया जाता है कि ऑनर्स पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए उपयुक्त प्राथमिक (ऑनर्स) विषय को अपडेट किया जाए क्योंकि प्राथमिक विषय के आधार पर कट ऑफ उत्पन्न की जाएगी।

. 12th Arts passed candidates are not allowed to change their stream.

12 वीं कला उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवारों को अपनी स्ट्रीम बदलने की अनुमति नहीं है।

12th Science passed candidates can apply for Commerce or Arts courses.

12 वीं विज्ञान उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवार वाणिज्य या कला पाठ्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

12th Commerce passed candidates cannot apply for Science courses, however they are eligible to apply for Arts courses.

12 वीं वाणिज्य उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवार विज्ञान पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते हैं, हालांकि वे कला पाठ्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हैं।

Please note candidates changing their stream, their cutoff will be generated on the basis of their overall percentage of marks obtained in class 12th.

. 12th Arts Passed Candidates applying for Literature subjects such as English, Hindi, Urdu, etc. must have studied the same subject of minimum 100 marks.

12 वीं कला उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी साहित्य विषय जैसे अंग्रेजी, हिंदी, उर्दू आदि के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हों, उन्होंने न्यूनतम 100 अंकों के समान विषय का अध्ययन किया हो।

. Please add all your class 12th Subjects and Marks in the Application form.

Eligibility criteria for UG Courses (BBA, BCA):

. • For General Category - Candidate must have scored 50% marks in class 12th.

For Other Category and Handicapped Quota - Candidate must have scored 45% marks in class 12th.

पात्रता मानदंड: सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए - उम्मीदवार को स्नातक में 50% अंक प्राप्त करने चाहिए अन्य श्रेणी और विकलांग कोटा के लिए - उम्मीदवार को स्नातक में 45% अंक प्राप्त करने चाहिए

• Candidates applying for BCA, please note they must have studied Mathematics subject in class 12th. Application will be rejected if they have not studied Mathematcics.

बीसीए के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार कृपया ध्यान दें कि उन्होंने 12वीं कक्षा में गणित विषय का अध्ययन किया होगा। यदि उन्होंने गणित का अध्ययन नहीं किया है तो आवेदन अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

Documents and Application Submission:

. Candidates will be then required to upload the scanned images of the photograph, signature and other documents mentioned as per the instructions.

उम्मीदवारों को तब निर्देशानुसार उल्लिखित फोटोग्राफ, हस्ताक्षर और अन्य दस्तावेजों की स्कैन की गई छवियों को अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता होगी।

. Before submitting your application form, please ensure to check that all your application data is properly updated and correct. Your application form will not be considered for further process if any data is missing.

अपना आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करने से पहले, कृपया यह जांच लें कि आपका सभी एप्लिकेशन डेटा ठीक से अपडेट और सही है या नहीं। यदि कोई डेटा गायब है तो आपके आवेदन फॉर्म को आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए नहीं माना जाएगा।

. After that, candidates will have to pay the application fee. Application Fees is same for all the categories. Candidates can pay the application fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking. After submitting the application form, candidates can take a printout of their filled application form for future reference.

उसके बाद, उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा। उम्मीदवार डेबिट कार्ड / क्रेडिट कार्ड / नेट बैंकिंग का उपयोग करके आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं। आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार भविष्य में संदर्भ के लिए अपने भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंटआउट ले सकते हैं।

Important Instructions for payment of BRA Bihar University Application Form:

बीआरए बिहार विश्वविद्यालय आवेदन पत्र के भुगतान के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश:

There are some points which a candidate should keep in mind before paying the application fee. These are some instructions which have to be followed by the candidate at the time of payment of the application fee. These instructions are given below:

कुछ बिंदु हैं जो एक उम्मीदवार को आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करने से पहले ध्यान में रखना चाहिए। ये कुछ निर्देश हैं जिनका आवेदन शुल्क के भुगतान के समय उम्मीदवार को करना होगा। ये निर्देश नीचे दिए गए हैं:

1. After reaching on to the payment page, please select the mode of payment carefully.

भुगतान पृष्ठ पर पहुंचने के बाद, कृपया भुगतान के तरीके का चयन करें।

2. It is advised not to cancel / refresh payment page while processing.

यह सलाह दी जाती है कि प्रसंस्करण के दौरान भुगतान पृष्ठ को Cancel / Refresh न करें।

3. After making a successful payment, the page will redirect to the Application Form with your payment reference number.

एक सफल भुगतान करने के बाद, पृष्ठ आपके भुगतान संदर्भ संख्या के साथ एप्लिकेशन फॉर्म पर रीडायरेक्ट करेगा।

If the application amount is deducted from the bank account but is not paid to the University, report to University via umissupport@brabu.edu.in. The email must include application id, mobile number and payment reference number.

यदि आवेदन राशि बैंक खाते से काटी जाती है, लेकिन विश्वविद्यालय को भुगतान नहीं की जाती है, तो umissupport@brabu.edu.in के माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय को रिपोर्ट करें। ईमेल में एप्लिकेशन आईडी, मोबाइल नंबर और भुगतान संदर्भ संख्या शामिल होनी चाहिए।
